Asphalt Shingle Roofing
Asphalt shingle roofing built for New England weather
Asphalt shingles are the most common roof in New Hampshire. They are affordable, come in dozens of colors, and hold up to freeze-thaw cycles, ice dams and heavy snow. Installed properly, a shingle roof will last 25 to 50 years.
What goes under the shingles matters
We install premium shingle systems from GAF, CertainTeed and Owens Corning. Every job includes ice & water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, ridge venting and new flashing. These details are what keep water out during a February thaw, and some contractors skip them.
Every re-roof starts with a full tear-off so we can inspect the roof deck. If boards are soft or rotted, we show you before replacing them. You will not find out about it on the invoice.
Every shingle roof includes
- Full tear-off and deck inspection
- Ice & water shield at eaves and valleys
- Synthetic underlayment
- Architectural shingles (30–50 year)
- Ridge and soffit ventilation
- Step and counter flashing
- Drip edge and starter strips
- Full clean-up with a magnet sweep
