Warranty
Our warranty
Every roof we install is covered two ways: the manufacturer's warranty on materials, and our own warranty on workmanship.
Manufacturer material warranty
Shingles from GAF, CertainTeed and Owens Corning carry manufacturer warranties of up to a limited lifetime, depending on the product line. Metal roofing finishes typically carry 30–50 year finish warranties. We register eligible warranties for you and give you the paperwork.
Workmanship warranty
If a problem traces back to how we installed your roof, we come back and fix it. The length of the workmanship warranty is written into your contract. Ask Mark for the details on your job by calling 603-965-8047.
Making a claim
Call or email with your address and a description or photo of the problem. We will come out, inspect it, and let you know whether it is covered.
